Refund policy

At DankLabs, we want to make sure your fit is immaculate. Because our products are custom-printed just for you the moment you order, we have a specific process for returns and exchanges handled through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

1. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with a printing error, structural damage, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Deadline: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit: All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

2. How to Start a Return

If you experience an issue with your order, please do not send the item back to the return address on the package until you have contacted us.

  1. Take a clear photo of the issue (the damage, the misprint, or the wrong size label).

  2. Email the photo and your order number to support@danklabs.com.

  3. We will review the issue with Printful and, if validated, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because every item is "made-to-order," we do not currently support returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect Size: Please double-check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the design.

4. Wrong Address / Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

5. Return Address

If a return is authorized by our support team, the return address will typically be the Printful facility that original shipped your order (this is listed on your packing slip). Please contact support@danklabs.com before mailing anything.
